Our Principle Broker and Support Staff are always available for support, coaching and guidance. Whether it’s 10am or 10pm at night, we’re responsive to text messages, phone calls and emails to keep your business moving. You’re never left on your own and our broker will always have your back. We’ve all had transactions that turn to chaos, it’s important to have solid broker support to help you sort through it and stand up for you and your client. You can get as much direction and support as you want, or as little as you want. We recognize that every personality in this business is different and some licensees like to work more independently than others.

Compliance is an easy process at our brokerage, unlike some of the franchise models which have multiple redundant systems to upload your paperwork.

COMPENSATION HEAVY AND LIGHT ON FEES

We offer an extremely competitive commission split with no monthly fees, no quarterly fees, no annual fees and best of all, NO FRANCHISE FEES. Our transaction service fee is limited to $50/transaction side. We offer an optional transaction coordinator for an additional per transaction fee. We re-invest company dollars into marketing and business development for our team.
